Kerio Valley Development Authority (KVDA)

KVDA spearheads some of Kenya's most consequential regional development work. Their website needed to reflect that weight, serving as a credible, accessible resource for government stakeholders, development partners, and the communities they serve.
We built an information architecture that brings clarity to complexity. Interactive maps visualize development projects geographically; data dashboards surface impact metrics at a glance; and a document repository gives stakeholders instant access to reports, policies, and project updates. Every design choice reinforces the authority and transparency that KVDA's mission demands.
The new platform has measurably improved how KVDA communicates its work, strengthening stakeholder confidence and making it easier for partners and the public to stay engaged with Kenya's development progress.
